A: The beer is relatively dark yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high bright white head that died down, leaving a patch of bubbles in the center, a collar around the edge, and a thin film in between along with some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of grainy malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of bready hops along with notes of grainy malts and floral hops, the latter of which contributes a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. There is some dryness in the finish.
O: This beer is easy to drink and has a good balance between the malts and hops. There's nothing overly interesting about the taste, but it would make for a good beer to pair with food.

12oz Bottle.

Hazy golden, heavy white foam.

Pleasantly bitter with noble hops, but easy tasting. No sulfur characteristics. The finish is clean, and of light malt.

Carbonation is slightly too heavy for me.

Enjoyable take on a pilsner.
