@ Atwoods, Somerville MA
Hazy amber peach color with a thick white cap. Head is plenty sticky and lasting. Smells like minty, herbal Ricola orchard fruits and must. Tastes like it smells. There's palette renewing dryness that I like a lot. Much more depth and personality than similar Palm and Rare Vos IMO.

Served in a tulip glass with a solid one-finger head (from the bar). There's some crooked ring lace. Orange amber color with a haze.
Very attractive combination of Belgian yeast and wheat malt to the nose. There's a bit of grassiness and no malt sugars.
The flavor is complex. Initially I detect the yeast but there's also plenty of deeply toasted malt. While the hop bitterness is light, it still provides plenty of balance to the overall drink ability of this offering. My only detraction is the thin body and correspondingly high carbonation.

Picked up at the brewer a couple weeks ago, shared with rudzud and other friends.
Light fizzy head leaves nice lacing, bright orange red color nice bubbles.
Nose nice spicy hops, floral, nice Belgian yeast character with mild esters and spices, mild yeasty, hint citrus and grassy, fruity.
Taste starts with lots of Belgian characters, yeasty bready, little esters and Belgian yeast spices, nice amber reddish malt, light candy caramel character, little sweet and sticky. Hops are mostly spicy and chewy, little floral, hint fruity but that's more from the esters. Mild grassy flavors, little straw and lemongrass. Fair bitterness to start, then ends drier with lots of bitterness, spicy hop, little Belgian yeast spices, little sticky, light candy malt.
Mouth is med bod, lighter carb.
Overall interesting, nice Belgian characters but the hops get a little overbearing and spicy.
