A - Poured into a tulip a clear golden hue with almost no head. Average appearance.
S - Aromas of Belgian yeast esters, light floral fruit notes, really pops with nice drive notes. Super aromatic.
T - Taste is nice, not as good as the nose. Belgian notes, light spice, esters, fruit notes, apples, faint alcohol.
M - Mouthfeel is nice and light, clean.
O - Overall I enjoyed this offering. It was very straight forward.

Hazy amber peach color with a thick white cap. Head is plenty sticky and lasting. Smells like minty, herbal Ricola orchard fruits and must. Tastes like it smells. There's palette renewing dryness that I like a lot. Much more depth and personality than similar Palm and Rare Vos IMO.

Served in a tulip glass with a solid one-finger head (from the bar). There's some crooked ring lace. Orange amber color with a haze.
Very attractive combination of Belgian yeast and wheat malt to the nose. There's a bit of grassiness and no malt sugars.
The flavor is complex. Initially I detect the yeast but there's also plenty of deeply toasted malt. While the hop bitterness is light, it still provides plenty of balance to the overall drink ability of this offering. My only detraction is the thin body and correspondingly high carbonation.
