Re reviewed from can, much fresher, canned 5/22/19
Pours a large fizzy bubbly head, medium lighter retention, little whispy lacing, cloudy orange pale color
Nose big Belgian wit fruits and spices, coriander, potpourri, citrusy esters with orange zest and lemon, doughy creamy wheat, juicy
Taste more Belgian wit, juicy fruity esters, citrusy, orange zest and lemony notes, citrus oil, more potpourri spices coriander, hint background bubblegum, doughy creamy wheat with vanilla and cracker, cereal as well, mild bitterness, dry finish with more bread dough wheat and more bubblegum as will as spicy hop bitterness
Mouth is med bod, medium high effervescent carb, a bit creamy thanks to the wheat
Overall pretty solid wit, much better than my first review, good for a summer beer

On tap at the brewery. Enjoyed the vibe on patio. Thought this one was lacking a bit though. Just a bit harsh/not nuanced, if that makes sense.

Ended up pouring this into a tulip.
The appearance was a pale orange to paper yellow color. Just a small cap of a little white semi-foamy head that slid off delicately. Not much lace.
The aroma had some crushed coriander, earthy spice, grassy hops, white bread/Belgian yeastiness then some citrus peel.
The flavor yielded to the spicy content of the coriander and extra earthy spices. Citrus peel seemed fairly faint. Bready/yeastiness seemed even further back. Light aftertaste of coriander and orange peel.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair in between ability to be somewhat sessionable and somewhat of a sipper. There's some distractible spicy harshness but also seemed refined enough by the citrus peel and the bready yeastiness. Carbonation seemed a bit under but I wasn't annoyed. ABV felt fine. Semi-spicy finish with some palatable citrusy smoothness along my tongue.
Overall, pretty nice witbier I could come back to.

From a 16oz can, dated 06/06/18. Note that the latest iteration is billed at 4.8% abv. Served in an imperial pint pub glass.
Pours a cloudy, near-opaque sunshiney-gold with a finger-and-a-half of soft, fluffy white head. Rapidly settles back to a fine wispy cap with a thin, slippery curtain of lacing, there and then gone.
Clean, sharp, crackery nose of cereal, citrus, tree leaves and a bit of brett funk.
First taste impression is of orange peel over oats, and a tart citrusy zing, quickly followed by earthy, peppery spice. The coriander, mystery spice and hops are imparting a sort of leafy herbal/cilantro character to the beer and there's a distinctive black pepper note, whether just from the wheat or because actual black pepper is the mystery spice, or both, I'm not sure. Nice oaty smoothness with a dry, spicy finish.
Feel is smooth, clean and quenching, medium bodied, a little heftier than I expect in the style owing, I think, to the oats, and brightly carbonated.
Overall, a very nice beer, highly suitable to drinking out under the sun on a freshly mowed lawn. Earthy, smooth, slightly tart and slightly more spicy. Not a style I normally seek out but that may have to change.

Pours a light cloudy orange color with a 1F head in a Pilsner glass.
Light citrus peel and coriander in the aroma.
Good puckering carbonation.
Taste: all the flavor comes through. Coriander, spice, citrus peel with a tart, slightly bitter finish.
Traditional, refreshing, and a pleasure to drink in the summer.
