Taste: lemon, funk, hay, and Belgian spices
Mouthfeel: sweet and funky, light in body, high carbonation
Overall: Another really good Mystic saison. I love the lightness of this. Great sessionable summer beer. Nice and lemony.

Poured from a bomber into a tulip- pours a hazy golden yellow color with two fingers of frothy white head, good retention, some nice little streaks of lacing.
Smell is faint, but appealing- very farm-y. Earthy yeast and pilsener malt are at the forefront. A very slight aroma of dry noble hops.
Taste is subtle but not boring- same flavors are present as in the aroma. A little hops up front, followed by grainy light barley malt, then then finishes with the earthy yeast flavors.
Mouthfeel is very nice- super refreshing. Very light body (but still has that grain backbone unlike, say, the All Day IPA), modest carbonation. This is a really good session beer, not for getting drunk but for drinking with food and for refreshment on a hot summer day. I would highly recommend it, especially since it's only 6.99 a bomber.

Important to remember that I am reviewing this according to style. I enjoyed this beer on a nice warm day sitting outside while eating lunch on the porch. For that this beer is perfect. It has a nice pale straw color, deeper in the bottle there is some extra cloudiness from the yeast. Not much head in the pour. There is some nice saisony sweetness with strong lemony tartness to round out the flavor. As an everyday table beer this one has plenty of complexity and a great overall flavor.

Reviewed from notes over the weekend.
A- Split into a few pint glasses with an uber pale straw body. Just slightly hazy and a foamy white head forms to about a finger in height. Retention is decent and lacing is spotty.
S- Apple and fruity esters up front with some farmhouse yeast feel in the background. Light grain but mostly citrus and fruity yeast feel.
T- Apple, pear and citrus fruit notes come in nicely from the yeast strain. Also some good spiciness and an herbal/floral hop feel. Light sweetness and slightly tart.
MF- Ultra light body with a medium dry feel. Carbonation is foamy and on the higher side of things. Just a slight bitterness in the finish.
Flavorful and pleasant despite the lower ABV for a yeast driven style. Feels fruity overall and drinks super easily and refreshing on a 95F+ day. I'll have another bottle and add to these notes but to me it was a simple, sessionable Saison.
