A - Clear with a respectable white head.
S - Citrus-heavy with grapefruit character of Cascade hops, but there are hints of malty sweetness underneath.
T - Big grain bill comes into its own accented by the bitter tang from the hops. There is also a bubblegum ester quality that you'd usually associate with a wheat beer that makes me curious about the yeast strain used. The grapefruit aftertaste is a bit overbearing.
M - Alcohol content is evident, but without heat.
O - A nice draft with some interesting characteristics, preferable to the Gulo Gulo, in my opinion.

The Gulo cubed is a stronger version of Wolverine's "India Pale Lager", Gulo Gulo.
It starts with a huge "American" hop aroma that almost hides the big malt that's backing it up. Citrus is here, but also pine and earth.
It's a beautifully clear amber, clearly benefitting from months of lagering (frustrating to those of eagerly awaiting its arrival on tap.) My mug arrived with a nice off-white head.
It's in the flavor that this beer really shines. The (claimed) 90 IBUs are well balanced by solid, but not sweet malt.the hop flavor is almost, but not quite, over the top.
This is, without doubt, a big beer. I can taste alcohol, but it's not hot. It's full, but not cloying.
I am definitely liking this beer. It's another fine product by brewer Oliver Roberts. I would really like to drink it side by side with 90 Minutes. I think it would at least stand up to the comparison.
