This review is based on a visit from about a year ago. We liked the place but the gastro pub was missing a few elements.
Things we liked: The ambience was great. Packed bar with a homey neighborhood feel. Seemed more inviting than most of the Cherry Creek area. We liked the easy-capper bottle of water on the table. Nice touch. The food was pretty good. A nice pub like selection with some outstanding elements. The venison was prepared nicely. There were a few local beers on the list that we liked but that brings us to what we didn't care for...
Things we didn't like: The pating of my entree was a little overdone. Food should be cut on cutting boards, not presented on them. The beer selection was very dissapointing. Other than the few local offerings (which you could find nearly anywhere in the area) the rest of the list was dominated by Newcastle, Boddington's, and the like.
I would absolutley do again when in the Denver area but I can only hope that they've fixed some of the beer list/food issues.
