Hop Riot IPA is our flagship beer. Brewed in the American IPA style with a definitive "Left Coast" attitude. We brew our IPA with an aggressive bittering level which is complimented and balanced by a defined malt backbone. Our final signature is the dry hop step where fresh hops are immersed in the finished beer to provide the floral and citrus aromas of our IPA, a Hop Riot indeed.

Pours a clearish golden color with soapy white foam head. An earthy, herbally, grapefruit rind aroma. A sharp herbal citris and hoppiness up front with a bitterness following right after. Has a lingering finish. A solid brew.

22 ounce bottle at fridge temp poured into a pint glass. Date code is 15/22N/365/13/13.10, printed on the bottom in nearly illegible type.

Pours clear amber golden, medium head fades three quarters of the way down pretty quickly, and then stalls. Lots of very fine, very slow active carbonation. Smell is nice. Grassy, mostly. Some bready.

Taste pretty good. A citrus splash up front and grapefruit rind in the back, some pine finish. Slight old hop flavor. Wish I could understand the date code.

Mouthfeel is very nice. Medium body, lightly effervescent. Overall, pretty good.
