Hop Logic Imperial IPA is brewed for the true "Hop Head." The nose bursts with fresh hop aromas while the palate is balanced with just enough bitterness to linger without overwhelming the more subtle among the hops flavors. The winning equation is – five quality malts plus five flavorful hops equals one fine beer! Sounds logical to us.

On tap at the source- clear dark golden straw color with short white head leaving scattered lacing. Nose and taste are in line for typical WC DIPA's with a fairly balanced malt/hop combination. Lingering bitterness on the finish. A competent brew for my preferred style.

Citrusy, minty hop nose with traces of fruit. Pours hazy gold amber under a 1” off-white foam cap that dissipates to a thick film. Hop Logic enters creamy and malty laced with fruit and then the big hops come on with a minty, herbal, lingering hop bitterness with a touch of alcohol heat. Behind the pleasant bitterness lurk faint traces of peach and a suspicion of cardamom. Medium full body and moderate carbonation.

Very little hop character. Syrup taste from the malt.
