A: Poured a deep orange color, pretty heavy pour for a IIPA, sordove full and sluggish it seemed for the style. The pour revelaved a fuller, deep orange with a moderate whit head, some bubbles ad light lacing
S: Big pine note upfront with a huge breadiness and caramel
T: Initial taste is a shot of pine needles followed by a big malt breadiness and caramel with a pungent booze sting. The beers finishes with more and malts, a bit slick, bitter and some booze lurking.
M: Definitely a fuller bodied IIPA. Chewy.
O: If you dig balance in your IIPAs you might dig this, very full for the style. I enjoyed the pine and the bigger body of the beer bu not so sure I would drink two in a row.
