Quick review from written notes.
Bottle was a slow gusher. Poured a dark orange and showed some spotty lace with lasting surface coverage, well carved based on the visual.
Fruit salad and plummy esters in the nose, almost a hefe yeast banana quality.
Sharply sour with a clean finish, some fruity yeast esters linger in the background. There's a disconnect from the intense fruity complexity of the aroma and the simple, sour taste. Overall it's ok, but wouldn't seek it out.

Shared large bottle
Pinkish, hazy body with a good head.
Lightly sour and funky aroma. Tart and fruity flavor with cleat input from the black currants.
Overall: very fine for style.

750mL bottle poured into a snifter.
(A)- Pours a pale ruby red color with a huge fizzy white head that dissipated quickly.
(S)- A nice dryness with great rich grape/currants, dark fruits, and light tartness.
(T)- Great fruits with a great dryness to it. Very jam-like but also finishes very dry as well as how it opens.
(M)- An extremely high carbonation level. Way way too high. Otherwise, the fruits and tart dryness are fantastic.
(O)- If the carbonation level was toned down, I think this would be absolutely amazing

750ml Bottle
Gusher. Carbonation likely 3.5+ volumes. Head has large bubbles resembling soda or shampoo foam. More than cloudy or hazy, leaning toward murky. Tart with a bit of black current. Overall, rather one dimensional and disappointing. 10 minutes in the glass and the carbonation still to the point where a sip explodes into more than a mouthful. Perhaps a bad bottle but no indications other than carbonation.
