Formerly known as Fancy Pants
Far too fancy to settle for its original moniker, Spiffy Britches sports a hoppy and slightly malty character. Our medium-bodied Belgian Style IPA is fermented with an abbey yeast, and a big ol' helping of fresh harvested Australian Galaxy hops gives this show stealer a pleasant bitter finish.

Pours a hazy orange with two fingers of off-white head. Head foams up quickly with strong retention and lacing. Aroma is full of spicy and earthy hops, with a strong biscuity, bready malt presence. Flavor profile is spicy, earthy, floral hops, and biscuity and bready malts. Malt presence is strong, but it helps bolster the hops nicely. Mouth feel is thick and filling, with a grainy, pleasant texture. Overall, a huge IPA from Mother's. Between the thick feel and the spicy hops, this beer carries a lot of weight.
Served in a 12oz snifter.

Pours a nice orange-amber hue with an appropriate amount of white head with good lacing. Aroma is big on fruit first and belgian estery yeast in the background. Flavor follows in line with pineapple and citrus flavor followed the faintest bubble gum.
Really liked this beer. Galaxy hops contrast really well with the belgian yeast. Mother's is killing it right now.
