Two fingers of soapy white head accompany a sparkling golden beer, with streams of carbonation rising from beneath.
Smells wheaty, as it should - picking up a hint of astringency and lemony citrus, but little else that could be constued as hoppy.
Lots of lemon rind here, providing a bitter and dry citrus lead, like biting into the yellow fruit itself. It's then accompanied by a strong, but rounded wheat maltiness.
This beer's decent enough, balancing the hops and wheat well, but nothing spectacular.
