Shared by Richard - thanks.

A: Pours a hazy yellow with a solid half-inch thick white head which fades slowly and yields spotty lace.

N: Grapefruit and funk along with wheat and some lemony zest.

T: Saison-like yeast, peppery and herbal spices, some stone fruit notes.

M: Moderate body and carbonation. Finishes dry, funky, yeasty and wheaty.

O: Impressed with this one. Wish I had one of my own.

Bright citrus and tropical fruit - orange, grapefruit, pineapple. Has the house brett funk flavors, but very well integrated to enhance the fruit, not so much rusty and funky. High acidity but not overly so. Overall, a great American sour, and one of Anchorage's best. Very light body, dry. Extremely drinkable.

The aroma has citrus, grapefruit, a good amount of hay funk, and lots of tart qualities.

The flavor follows with wheat, citrus peel and grapefruit, a funk of hay and wet sock and gym skunk, a little bit of wet hay. There's spice on the back end.

A fine brew with complexities of fruit, spice, funk.
