750ml bottle into snifter. Batch 1, bottled April 2015.
A: Pours a lightly cloudy golden with a thick and fluffy white head that slowly faded into a dense and greasy film. Huge patches of sticky lace were left down the glass.
S: The nose is just an amazing display of super fresh and fragrant mosaic hops. This smells exactly like freshly cut papaya, guava, and mango, with hints of kumquat citrus and other nondescript tropical fruits. There are some earthy and peppery undertones of saison yeast, with just a hint of creamy brett and oak that reminds me of white wine. This smells incredible.
T: I get notes of cracked grains and wheat mixed with the spicy saison yeast and earthy, creamy, brett. The mosic hops add a fruity bitterness to the finish and reminds me most of a zesty citrus rind. The citrus is also lime-like. The finish is peppery and earthy along with the zest citrus, and the aftertaste is fully of oak and white-wine-like flavors.
M: Medium-full body, fuzzy and soft carbonation that isn’t thick but it has a nice chew to it, and a clean and semi-drying mouthfeel. Drinks well. A bit tingly overall.
O: An awesome combination of mosaic hops and earthy brett saison. I wanted to try this fresh when the hops where at their peak, but I think this beer could use some age to let the brett shine even more. This is a fantastic dry-hoppy saison right now though, and another world class beer from Anchorage.

A 750ml corked and caged bottle, batch #3, bottled in May 2016, poured into a Holy Mountain tulip glass.
Appearance: A hazy golden orange colour with a thin white head that dissipated fairly quickly but left some decent lacing.
Aroma: Brett, tropical and citrus fruit, mango, grapefruit, lime zest, oak, with maybe some floral notes.
Taste: Lightly sour, moderately bitter, mango, papaya, citrus pith, funky, brett, damp wood, grass, peppery spice, with a floral finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium to light bodied with moderate to high carbonation.
Overall: Easy drinking and enjoyable as long as you like brett. 5 years in the bottle was probably longer than I intended to hold it for, and while the brett is still strong in this one, the Mosaic has certainly dropped off somewhat.

750 ml corked & caged bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Fairly clear pale golden colour, huge white head. Aroma of Mosaic hops with notes of peaches and tropical fruits, also brettanomycers, oak, saison yeast and mild spices. Crisp and refreshing flavour, mild spicy notes from the saison yeast, brett and oak, decent hops throughout. Good beer!

Gorgeous bubbly yellow color with a cloudy billowing white head. Lots of natural carbonation. Sour aroma right off the bat. The Brett is strong in this one. Very funky. Lemon zest and herb. Blueberry. Taste is nice and sour with a tingly sensation on the tongue. Dry and herbal with hints of citrus fruit. Pale malt in the background. Lingers for a while and then leaves behind a funky rubberband finish (which I like). If you are looking for a brett experience this one will give it to you.

Picked up at a local beer bar - quality saison that we had to share amongst a table. Poured in a tulip glass and had a crisp taste

Medium: Cork + tulip glass. (Batch #2 Aug/2015!?!)
Opacity: Slightly veiled to hazy.
Color: Dark straw with decent activity.
Head: Extra foamy 4 finger.
Legs: Okay with strong swirl reaction.
Smell: Brett yeast/Straw/Oak.
Taste: Wheat/Lemon/Mint/Floral.
Feel: Barnyard/Peppery/Brett/Citrusy.
Body: Medium slick and fluffy.
Carbonation: Highly crispy.
Overall: Excellent quality Brett Saison. Aging went alright for 5 years, the hops probably dulled quite a bit so for me it feels more similar to dry hopped and more yeasty while less tropical.
Visual 8/10 - Flavors 8/10 - Sensations 8.5/10 - Balance 8/10 -
Freshness 7/10 - Intensity 6/10 - Complexity 8.5/10 - Appreciation 8.5/10

Bomber from Tavour. Hazy yellow / golden poor with an airy, fluffy head. Aroma is the normal Belgian yeast notes, some of the Brett funk, nice sourdough smells as well. Taste add some Citrus notes to it and some tropical, grapefruit, pineapple along with a little bit of a tart bite / funk from the yeast. Pretty solid Saison.
