Presentation: Poured from a growler into a standard pint glass.
Appearance: Pours with a thin but complete coating of white foam. this settles slowly, eventually dropping to a ring around the glass and a few wisps of foam. Some lacing remains. The beer itself is bright gold with just a slight chill haze.
Smell: Sweet caramel malt with hints of vegetal hops. Slight hints of smoke.
Taste: Caramel malt upfront with a biscuity malt backbone. Slight notes of honey. Vegetal hop flavor yields to a medium bitterness in the finish, lingers well after the sip.
Mouthfeel: Average carbonation level. Body is very good.
Drinkability: A flavorful, yet easy drinking lager. LBC seems to be doing more and more seasonals recently, and several lagers.
