Poured into a Duvel glass bringing forth a voluminous thick meringue of white head. The body is a clear gold, but hard to see through the myriad of bubbles flooding the glass.
The aroma is decidedly citrus heavy as the bottle indicates. Lemon and orange aplenty. There is a nice funky brett yeast to it. Slight white wine character to it.
Big bright citrus fruit on the taste which bring a mild tartness. Musty funky quality. Finishes dry.
Fairly refreshing and super enjoyable.
