I've been here twice. This place is about a three-minute walk from National Taiwan University, also easily reached from the metro station.
The place was appropriately lit. Good tables arrangement that's not cramp. A little bar there and pleasant lighting.
This place had no tap available, everything was Belgian. All bottles are located in a fridge where you had to asked for one of the waitresses to retrieve it for you; which gets aggravating after awhile. Don't expect any knowledge from the servers when their comments for the beers were filled with inaccuracies and harmless but juvenile descriptions. They were friendly but I felt I should be the one educating them and not the reverse.
Selection was fair. From my faint memories I could remember they had Westmalle, Kwak, Chimay, St. Bernardus, Delirium Tremens, Orval, Rochefort; assortments of fruit-flavored sours; and how about that, I even had a Cantillon Gueuze 100% Lambic-Bio here. There were some bottles that I've never seen in the US. The beers were all served in appropriate glasswares so no need to freak out if you expect them to have you drink them out from the bottle.
I liked the food here. It's nothing fancy or unique but I found my chicken with rice meal to be excellent.
I found this place to be competent, especially for the Taiwanese scene when they are just starting to aware the existence of Belgian ales (not quite ready for the Americans yet) and that beers don't have to be macro lagers.
I would return next time when I'm in the area.

We visited on our recent trip.
Great lunch, simple fair prepared well, had a chicken and rice dish, shared some small plates .
Really good coffee drinks.
The beer is based on Belgian bottles, we shared Piraat, and De Dolle, all were in appropriate glass.
The staff was polite, and a little distant.
Would visit again.
Cheers
