Beautiful auburn color with a great, off-white head. Smell is kind off strange. Musty, malty and some floral, earthy hops. The flavor is great, though. Caramel malt with a touch of roast. Earthy hops, some citrus and a nice dry finish. Smooth. Good mouthful. A tasty beer.

A bottle, from The Keg in New Albany, IN
A: Beautiful dark cooper with a small wispy head.
S: Pineapple, biscuit, light rind.
T: Butterscotch, rind, pine, strong malt, fresh biscuits...brown sugar? This beer is not sure what it wants to be, it is not really a IIPA. I kinda like it, but have to rate to what it claims to be.
M: Pretty clean for this ABV. Rich. Carbonation is right for a malt-heavy beer.
O: An intense, but strange brew. I don't taste the 100 IBUs. But I like the malt side. It's in that weird netherland, not knowing what it wants to be. It's drinkable, but the label will fool you IMO.

A 9% IPA. Not a typical Imperial IPA. Strong without much complexity or depth. Initially a bit harsh and sour but not a bad aftertaste.

Had me at the 100 ibu but way too malty for my liking.
Not you're typical IPA.
Malt bomb. (If you favor malt try this beer)
I like my brews to be high ibu and heavily hopped.
Taste: Equivalent to (in my opinion)
Bitter Dog biscuits, stale beef jerky, and 80% malt.

Beautiful orange-brown color, looks unfiltered.
Malty smell, more malty than a typical IPA.
Off-sweet, distinctly malt-driven taste. Some hops too, this is an intense beer - but lotsa malt flavor. Ovaltine.
Mouthfeel is great, moderately rich, carbonation is right on the money.
Finish is long, moderately intense, very much part of the beer.

This starts with a lot of tropical fruit upfront and then lighten to a watermelon, before hitting a piney bitter tone. The malt holds through with a very grainy bran. At 10% it's a bit thin but exceptionally easy to drink.
