My favorite brewer in WA state so I was pretty excited to stop by for the first time. Tap room is a little hard to find on the first try as the street sign is covered up by a tree but it is tucked in a industrial strip with a good sized outdoor seating fenced off and good amount of parking.

They have a good sized tv for sports or what not. Seating is not much to brag about but it was clean and good amount of room to move in. Bar was sort of old style which was kinda cool and they have a video screen with current taps listed which is easy to read and see. Server didn't come out to the table and there weren't that many there so that was a little knock on the place but she was very nice and helpful nonetheless.

Actually met the brewer and got a taste of the Christmas beer that they were getting ready to send north and it was July so that was kinda special to get. If you are a Belgian style fan definitely make a trip out to Sound.

A: Stopped in with the wife on a cold, rainy Friday afternoon as they just opened at 2pm. There was two other patrons in at the time. A small place with small round tables, traditiponal bar tables overlooking the bar and the brewspace. The token dog was there for entertainment purposes. Nice guy. The gentlemen working who I believe are partners/brewers were very gracious, cordial and knowledgable. Very welcoming place. The space might hold 30 at capacity.

Q: All sound beers range at good and today was no exception. I had several but the Humulo was my first beer of the day and it was very good.

S: Like I mentioned above service was nice, prompt and informative.

S: About a dozen handles froma smaller brewery is amazing. Everything from a Porter to a Trippel, IIPA and beyond. Can't beat it.

F: No food served but peanuts and snacks were available

All in all a GREAT stop.
