Generous amounts of floral hops and clean malt character make the pale ale a very balanced & aromatic brew.

A: Nice fluffy head, good lacing, average light amber color
S: Nice grapefruit, grassy, hoppy, inviting
T: Well-balanced with a rich malty based and a good amount of hops. Some bitterness but clean and refreshing.
M: Silky smooth. Good carbonation levels.
O: A nice sessionable clean pale ale. Not nearly as assertive as say the Sierra Nevada Pale.

Enjoyed in a mug at the brewpub in Phoenix. This version was dry-hopped with amarillo.
A slightly chill-hazed, almost totally clear honey-orange. One finger of ultra-dense froth that's like new fallen snow in texture and very light tan in color. The head looks like it would stick around for hours.
Pithy nose. Orange and lime peel showcase the bitter hops. Some grass, a touch of dankness as well. Amarillo comes through nicely. Maybe a little burnt sugar as well, but this is all about hops.
Nice balance in the flavor. Apricots and biscuits blend with grass and citrus pith. It’s a bit of a weird mix, but it’s enjoyable. Clean, snappy finish.
Soft as fleece, smooth as silk. Medium body with very light, tingly carbonation. This is cask done right.
Loving the drinkability of this one. A super-clean, snappy drink. A well done cask ale, and a good use of dry hops here.

On cask at the brewpub. Most people get it on tap of course. A good cask, with hop aroma and very lacey. Amarillo hops come through fine for a mild orange citrus flavour that made it nicely drinkable. Only a tad of natural carbonation.Perhaps another hop used for aromatics.

This beer is topped by a pale head, which has a fair amount of staying power for a draught ale. It is brilliantly clear, amber-copper color that is just shiny and bright. The aroma has notes of citrus and pine; actually I get notes of bergamot. The aroma is on the sweet side of things, though not overly so.
This beer has a solidly hoppy flavor; a biting bitterness from the get go, lingers on through to the end. Orange and grapefruit like citrus notes are also here from start through to the late middle portion of this beer. There is a sharp, prickly bitterness at the end, which is a combination of the carbonation and the hops; it is quite good. This is light and easy drinking, if you can get past the biting hop character, which my hop desensitized palate can. This beer is almost too light at times (can the malt and body live up to the ample hop character?) but in the end I really like this beer; my inner hop head revels in this light, easily quaffable, hopped up beer.
