Honeymoon Beer Review #3
A- It's a cloudy dark yellow fading into orange. This is the first beer I've drank from this white wine glass that actually holds a head so I would expect it to be even more billowy in a typical glass than the half finger of lightly whipped egg foam that I get here.
S- Very weak aroma. It's a little surprising given the decent amount of flavor in the taste, but I'm really reaching to get much here. White bread. biscuits.
T- Some light catpee flavors. Some dankiness like the patch of yard that's always in the shade and never quite grows grass. Green pine needles. Very pithy grapefruit on the back of the mouth.
M- Lingering bitterness, not a ton of lingering sweetness. Leaves the tongue without quite being refreshing.
O- A good easy drinking pale with more hops than you would expect. It leans toward the SNPA in that regard. Could stand a few more of these.

Poured from the tap at the brewery into a pint glass.
Aroma- Has a nice blend of citrus, malt and hops.
Appearance- The beer is a murky golden amber with a small white head.
Taste- Has a nice malt and citrus flavor with a small hop bite.
Palate- This is a light to medium bodied beer with moderate carbonation.
Overall- A good solid APA, I enjoyed it.
