Described as a Belgian ESB. On draft at The Boilermaker.

Pours a slightly cloudy, pale golden amber color with golden straw yellow edges and a two finger head that quickly settles into a thick lasting cap.  Chunks of lace left behind.

Slightly earthy, grassy aroma  with Belgian yeast and caramel malt notes. A touch floral with light fruit along with hints of pine, toffee, rye and caramel.

Medium bodied but a bit fuller than expected with a nice balance of earthy hops, estery Belgian yeast and sweet malt notes.  Subtle dry bitterness from the grassy, piney hops countered by hints of tangerine and grapefruit before finishing with some caramel malt sweetness.  Really clean and easy to drink but not light or watered down.  Well balanced and flavorful. (774 characters)
