Poured with a murky peach body the head was appropriately wild with a champagne like bubbling.
The aroma holds some earthy gourd, buttery toffee, malt and apricot scents.
The flavors hold suit with a dull earthy gourd, toffee, lemon, peppercorn and dry malt taste.
The feel is very bubbly, like a champagne, with a fullness that isn't too sharp or prickly.
This is a very good wild just a touch less impressive than Batch#1, in my opinion.

Ok, so Blend 1 was a bit off, but I really didn't have a problem with this one at all. I followed B1 directly with B2, decanting into a CS tulip. Similar in appearance to its counterpart, a golden-amber color with a thin white head; moderate lacing and retention. Aroma of toasted cereal grains, slightly sour, peach and apple cider, wood and herbs. Light. Flavor was nearly back on par to where this beer should be, with a sweet cereal grain base, a mild tartness coming in quickly, with flavors of peach, white grape, apple skin, herbal tea, dry oak. Light-medium body, crisp and prickly mouthfeel, overall a nice brew.

Thanks to ablackshear for this beer! Cheers!
poured into Crooked Stave tulip glass.
Appearance: Golden straw yellow bodied beer that is slightly hazy. One full finger of bone white head that quickly drops down thin ring around the glass.
Smell: light peach notes and light musty funk. Mild tartness. The beer smells like its yeasty and malt driven.
Taste: Peach character is light and slightly juicy. Lightly sweet wheat malts and bready malts. A mild tartness in the form of lemons and green apples. Some general fruitiness from this beer, maybe in the form of fruity esters... Oaky with a mild yet fairly drawnout earthiness. Hint of musty and dusty funk. Not much tartness in the finish. Light earthy peach and mandrin oranges/tangelos in the aftertaste. Funk builds as this warms up; becoming moderately funky beer.
Mouthfeel: light bodied beer with low carbonation levels. A quick flash of carbonation as the beer rolls over your tongue. Really clean beer that has a slight amount of dryness to it. Very drinkable beer.
Overall: Thank goodness this was not a buttery mess like my experience with blend 1 Persica! This is tasty peach beer, but I wouldnt quite call it a sour beer or Wild Ale. That really is my only dig against this beer. This is a much better experience with blend 2 of Persica. Crooked Stave this has helped to redeem you in my mind(atleast as far a this years persica blends are conserned).
