375 mL bottle poured into a HF wine glass. Courtesy of Denverbeerdrinker. Served at 50F
A: Coudu straw gold body with a thin 1" head. Tiny bubbles and the head dies quickly. Mild lacing on the glass. Gentle swirling regenerates about 50% of the head.
S: Pale ale all the way. Mild dry hopping and a touvch of earthy funk and lactic sour.Very nice alteration on the style.
T: Sweet, tart, hoppy...what is this? Lemonade, bitter citrus, sweet roasted malt. Elements of lemony funk, barnyard and a touch of wood. Complex, but well balanced. Brett must be lambicus and bruxellensis focused.
M: Light and well carbonated. Clen finish with mild sweetness. It lingers ever so slightly, but the tartness clenses the palate.
O: Amazing example of twisting a classic style. Love this bee. Chad...more please?

A - Pours a pale, hazy, almost milky orange-gold, with soft loose foam that produces some decent lace.
S - Immediately upon cracking the bottle you're hit with a blast of tangy, piney funk. This is when you know you're in for a treat.
T - First sip of this blew my mind. I was stoked for this beer but had no idea it would be so tart. And juicy. And flat-out sour. I hadn't really heard of this beer being billed as a sour, so it was a nice surprise. Think fresh-squeezed lemonade with bits of grapefruit pulp suspended in it for good measure. Very citrusy with a little tinge of earthiness and pine around the edges. A little barnyard funk brings up the rear, just as the sourness dissipates with each sip. There are some vinous notes too. Really nice complex stuff that comes up just short of being too sour. This is a brilliant, highly expressive use of Brett.
M - Mouthfeel is on the thin side, but is rounded out by prickly tartness and some soft wooliness.
Overall, just an awesome, awesome super funky beer. Great for a summer pick-me-up.

Appearance: Arrives with a hazy lemon color capped by a nice head that leaves copious amounts of lacing
Smell: Funky and musty with a range of fruit elements
Taste: Funky with growing pineapple and lemon element in the middle; woody, with more funk and tartness building in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A lively offering that combines both funk and fruit as well as some oak; very nice

Huge thanks to homebrew311, I owe ya one buddy!
375ml into a short wine glass
A- pours a murky yellow, reminiscent of beat, you can tell this is gonna be good!
S- fruity funk right up front, I'm loving it! Dry hopping comes through more than I expected and works quite well! As it worms it's hop character grows
T- much like the nose, hopes come through but not like the nose creating a unique and pleasant combo, was not expecting this combo to work so well. Funk and sour are at perfect levels. Fantastic!
M- good carbonation, to a medium bodied ale
O- fantastic! Was not expecting a dry hopped sour to taste this good. If this was in sixers it'd be my go to lol. Best from CS I've had to date.
Alan thanks for the gem!!
