Bottled: ? Consumed: 05/03/20. On the bottle, it states 362/424. 750 mL. Bought as part of Crooked Staves bottle drop off program due to Covid-19
A&S: Pour a thin white fizzy head that dies quickly and leaves no lacing. The beer is a bright but translucent light orange color and the carbonation is semi lively. The aroma consists of green grapes and dried fruit. Slight oakness.
T&M: Very tart with fruit components of slight under-ripe peaches, pears, with a musty vibe. White wine characteristics and citrus in the finish. Finish also contains a bit of an acidic bite (not very sweet) and is fairly dry. Carbonation is tingly and crisp but not overwhelming and the mouthfeel is thinnish but smooth.
Overall: I wasn't very hot on this beer initially, but it grew on me a lot. I would say it is worth checking out, but for $23, I won't be buying it again.

Bottle from 2014, shared by a friend. Pours a hazy/cloudy bright yellow golden color with fizzy white head. Citrus, oak, stone fruits, funk, and a light tartness on the nose; follows onto the palate. Light bodied and crisp. Finishes with fruit, funk, and a lip puckering tartness that is very refreshing.

Lost review, dug up from notes, split with rudzud, 2014 vintage.
Light fizzy head if any, clear golden straw color.
Nose loaded with stone fruit, peach, nectarine, tangerine even, some nice Brett funk, little malt and acidity.
Taste more of the same, Brett funk, tart acidity, plenty of stone fruit, peach, nectarine, little citrus lemony funk note.
Mouth nice carb, touch flemmy.

Pours a deep gold. It reminds me a lot of a gueuze. There is a complex mixture of cheese funk, citrus, and barrel. If I have one criticism, it's that the beer is slightly thin, even as it warms. Overall, this is an awesome, awesome beer that I hope Crooked Stave is able to make again.
