375ml bottle into snifter.
A: Pours a slightly hazy orange with a short lived off-white head that quickly faded to nothingness.
S: Super juicy and perfumey notes of sweet kumquats, citrus juice, and perfume. Fruity and slightly musty brett poke through as well. Very fragrant and delicious smelling.
T: Follows the nose with juicy flavors of kumquats and citrus and floral hops. The finish has notes of lime alongside creamy and earthy brett. The finish is full of lingering fruit juice and greasy oak, and the aftertaste has hints of lemon-lime and a slight mineral quality. Sweetness lingers long after the swallow. There's a light tartness that's more of a tanginess really.
M: Medium body, greasy and slick mouthfeel, subtle dryness, creamy carbonation.
O: Best CS beer I've had yet, one of the best hoppy sours I've had. I could drink this all day.

Another beer from March Madness 2015. Took me a second to find this one in the database. Might have been one of the first Crooked Stave beers I had.
Pours a yellow/light orange color, 1/2" white head. Good retention per style. Aroma hits all the citrus notes, from the hops and kumquats I presume. Cool mix of grapefruit and juicier. Didn't pull brett out of the nose.
Taste had a little brett, the mouth feel had the presence where it kind of adheres to the teeth, while being juicy and tart at the same time. There isn't much to the Centennial hops in the taste department, just a grapefruit/mild pine bitterness to it. Body doesn't skimp on the malt, its not huge, but there is some counterbalance there. Even with the kumquat flavors, the beer still has a dry finish complimented by what seems more like french oak than anything. While it isn't sour in rye kumquat levels of awesome, it is still pretty good. Can't remember if Matt or James brought this, but I liked it.

Pours a medium golden, very clear, light fizzy white head. Aroma showcases earthy notes, some light lactic acidity, sweet blueberry...very nice. A medium+ twang of acidity and funk, gradually increases until the end of the sip. Interesting sourness, some astringent character around the edges. Quite a delicious aroma and a good taste, very nice overall.

Great fruity and funky nose, moderately sour, good CS barnyard notes, only complaint is that it's pretty flat.

Bottle.
Pours hazy straw colored with a quickly dissipating head of white. A placid surface for the duration with zero lacing.
Aromatics lead off with tart fruit and wine-like overtones. Grapeskins, stonefruit, and a hint of grapefruit.
Light bodied with mild carbonation.
Sour fruit starts the palate with a tannic dryness quickly following. Mild fruity aspirin follows through.
Finishes with lingering soured fruit.
Tasty beer. The hops are gone and it's gone beyond a "Brett" beer. Plenty sour with complex fruit and wine-like character. The low carbonation is disappointing though.
