A - Orange/yellow with a ton of head that dissipates fairly quickly.

S - A lot of people complain about the smell of this one, but I didn't find it objectionable at all. Tartness and tropical fruit with a hint of funk.

T - Not a ton of flavor. A bit of tartness with quite a bit of guava and apple. Some funkiness. Kind of a weird aftertaste, but this is definitely where the fruit comes out. Very light beer.

M - Very light and crisp. A lot of carbonation.

Don't see the complaints about this beer. It's a light, refreshing sour that would be great on a warm summer day. Not a whole ton going on, but I definitely like this one.

Bottle shared by Sammy, Batch 5/11 - bottle 1687/1765. 750ml into a tulip

Hazy orange, with a huge white head (bottle was a gusher). Huge white head, great lace and retention. Nose of nail polish, bubble gum, hydrochloric acid/vomit, funk and tropical notes. Tastes of bubble gum, tropical fruits and loads of acidity, lactic predominantly I think but the puke-y hydrochloric acid prevails as well. High effervescence, and sour finish. A palate wrecker, some certainly undesirable notes here.

Bottle from JMBSH, from 1.5 years ago. It seems from comments people had some bad luck storing this beer, or receiving bottles not properly sealed. I had none of that. While we got some initial nail polish aroma,, I found the yeast aroma to be fine. A nice sour, great carbonation with honeydew, cucumber, lime, fruity kiwi. A very tasty sour finish. Enormous bubbly creamy head.

A - Gusher! Pours a hazy light cider brown with a very fizzy light tan head that fades pretty rapidly.

S - Funky, fruity, some barnyard funk.

T - Mild guava, earthy, dirt, horseblanket, tart finish.

D - Tons of carbonation and a light body.

O - Very fruity on the nose, more tart and mild on the tongue. Good thing because Guava tastes like puke.

The beer pours a cloudy orange color with a tall white head. Super cheesy on the nose. Smells quite a bit like the powdered parmesan cheese. A bit of guava and tartness, but it’s hard to get past the cheese. The flavor isn’t quite as cheesy, but it’s still there. A bit more guava, malt, wood, and tartness, but not enough to save this beer.
