A -Red raspberry with light brown aspects and a white head. Clean body.
S - Sweet blueberry, lactic acid, light lemon
T - Tart blueberry with a light brown ale / bready malt presence that I didn't expect to find. The blueberry is subtle but it adds a definitely nice sweetness.
MF - Medium body with light softness to it. Light carbonation with a dry finish
O - Soft sour/ Saison with muted and balanced flavors including the light blueberry sweetness. Definitely have a lot of subtleness

Thanks to mrbubbler for sharing this one at Retsinis' tasting.
Batch 7/12. Bottle # 1397/1516.
Pours a murky light orange with a foamy bone colored head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is sour and tart with some fruity and berry aromas. Taste is much the same with lots of berry flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with nice fruity aromas and flavors.
