Pour is a hazed golden amber with a bubbly off white head. Nose is light on brett, fairly balanced floral presence, juicy citrus and a nice aroma of leathery Brett and pineapple brett. Taste is much more sour than anticipated, hop presence isn't really there, Brett is much stronger with pineapple and citrus. Floral notes are a touch lighter mid palate. Finish is sour and tart of pomegranate, very dry with strong carbonation and light airy body. Leathery brett lies through the middle and lingers through the finish. Good stuff.

A-Pours a milky yellow color. A flare of carbonation burps up some white foam. Very light lace.
S-Phew! Bretty funk swampiness. The Brett is wild, medicinal and tropical. Along with the zany yeast strain is another layer of funk. The lavender and violet are even noticeable here.
T-The most Brett forward beer have ever had (and it's not even close). The Brett is juicy, funky, medicinal, barny and fruity. It just blows over the palate. Yet, the best part of the flavor is the not so subtle lavender and violet. The duo creeps in after the wild yeast attack and it complements the aforementioned yeast in a surprisingly perfect fashion.
M-Light and dry. The body and carbonation make this drinkable but the concentrated sourness and funkiness make me slow down quick. This is more of a compliment than a criticism.
O/D-Maybe the most aggressively funky beer I have had. I really should try to give up my left nut for a few more in the Wild Wild Brett series because this one slays ass.
