Served from a 375ml bottle into a Crooked Stave tulip.
Appearance- Hazy gold with bubbly off white head. Nice lacing.
Smell- Heavy brett, tart lemon, earthy funk, light citrusy orange. Smells like a gueze. Phenomenal smelling brett beer.
Taste- Brett funk, lemon, light tangerine (tangelo?), herbaceous, again very gueze-like. No real hint of it being a witbier.
Mouthfeel- Super drinkable. Crisp, funky, lightly tart, dry as hell. I'd drink this all day.
Overall- Excellent beer. I now love Crooked Stave.
