Poured from cold bomber into wine glass (classy right?)
Appearance - Tawny, glowing, golden, and hazed over. Ample 2 finger head dissipates into a fizzy, persistent foam cap and color. Not much lacing, could be the wine glass :)
Smell - ...is intense. Fruity, yeasty, banana, spicy, and ends with a touch of malty wheat.
Taste/MF - Fizzy carbonation up front is on point, medium bodied, smooth. Much like the nose, taste is chalk full of fruity, yeasty, citrusy, spicy (ginger/coriander/anise) character up front, then mellows out heading towards the finish line with wheat, a bit of sweetness and lingering spiciness.
Overall - Absolutely delicious. This beer is so flavorful and smooth, it's hard to believe this brew wasn't spiked with a bunch of fruit or spices. One of the best wheat beers I've ever had, and it's not that expensive to boot!

On tap @ Library Alehouse.
A: Pours a cloudy dark yellow with a half-inch thick white head which fades slowly to a thin cap and leaves spots of lace.
N: Estery, cloves, bananas, wheaty, faint bacon.
T: Sweetish malts balanced well with estery fruits, bananas, cloves, with a mild ABV heat and a nice woodyness.
M: Medium body and semi-medium carbonation. Fruity, estery and wheaty finish.
O: Hard to describe how intricate this beer is. Almost a cognac-like thing happening which is probably from a magical combination of the wheat and malts. An interesting "big" weizen. Again, why have I not tried this before. Really liked. Give it a try.
