A - Golden color, 2 finger white head that lingers and leaves some lacing. Nothing too amazing.
S - Malty nose, some hints of floral hops.
T - Similar to the nose, but more involved. Malts are mainly caramel, with some biscuity malts, too. The malts aren't quite as strong as in many other Oktoberfest beers, which I like. Lager body is solid and clean, and the floral hops are a bit stronger here than in other Oktoberfests. Finishes clean.
M - Pretty light, carbonation is good. 5.8% abv, but undetectable.
O - Above average Oktoberfest, it's nice to get a Bavarian take since it is a German style. I feel this is how Oktoberfests should be done, too many festbiers are way too malt heavy.
