500 ml bottle poured into a Sprecher Weiss glass. 2179 on back, 5.4% ABV, Store dark and keep cool 46 degrees - 52 degrees, Ale.
A - Hazy light straw yellow that's populated by bubbles escaping to a dense white head. Perfectally formed and retained eternally, it's a brilliant snow-cap on top of a delicious mountain of beer. Lots of thick, clumpy lacing on the way down.
S - This hefe has the perfect aroma. A nice crisp wheat nose surrounded by supple spicy esters from the yeast, a mellow fruity banana, and fresh bubble gum. Enticing in every way.
T - Absolutely delicious soft wheat that's as fresh as can be with a yeasty spice flavor that hints at the myriad of flavors rather than beating you over the head with them. The banana is there with a bit of fruity bubblegum and soft notes of earthy clay.
M - Mellow on the carbonation allowing it to open up flavor-wise and be soft and smooth. Lighter-bodied, it's a great feeling beer.
D - I could drink this all summer long (if it was summer). A fantastic beer packed with nuances and a great feeling to boot! Refreshing and delicious, it's a perfect example of the style!

I had previously had this bottled, but the on tap version was spectacular. The only thing I could complain about would be the price, but for a beer of this quality to a wheat beer lover like myself, it was worth a few extra shekels. I would order this anytime and anywhere!

16.9oz bottle at 41 F poured into pint glass. Bottle code is 3363, but I don't have a clue what that means. I would probably guess early December 2013.
Pours cloudy golden with a big white head that dissipates quickly, lots of carbonation. Smell is banana, clove, fruity, yeast, bread, lemon. Smells good.
Taste is all of those things but muted and mild, maybe a little too watery (which may be right for the style, and just out of my preference), but really an excellent combination of flavors.
Mouthfeel is thick, creamy, and satisfying, while somehow still light and airy. Overall, excellent beer.
