The best way to serve this beer out of the bottle is to pour 3/4 of it into a glass, swirl the remaining contents for about 10 seconds, poor the rest in, and watch the yeasty goodness penetrate the rest of the beer.
A - The pinnacle of the style: yellow/gold color, cloudy with a white two finger head that recedes to a light head that laces the glass as you drink.
S - Classic weizen: banana, clove, bready wheat malt aroma that beckons the first swallow.
T - Every complexity in the smell is rewarded in full on the palette. Banana bread with clove, esters, and yeast.
M - Light to medium. Unfiltered wheat yet surprisingly light for the appearance.
D - In a word: dangerous. This is a great brew anytime but, especially on a hot summer day as a reward to some physically demanding outdoor work!
