Got this from the local store. Served it in a chalice.
A: Pours a cloudy golden yellow color with a quite explosive soapy white head, about a half inch in length, that dissipated fairly fast and dissipated to a thin white ring.
S: Good aroma, smells of wheat, malts, spices, coriander, very fresh
T: Absolutely delicious, very smooth, fairly sweet, tastes of yeast, wheat, malts, has a good spiciness to it
M: Extremely well balanced, mild carbonation, packed with flavor, medium body, great for a day like today.
O: Overall, I've had a couple from Weihenstephaner and I've been relatively impressed every time and today is no different. Reasonable cost, about $10 a six pack, I've had pretty bad beers for the same cost, though it varies by store. Hands down recommended by me.
Happy 4th of July everyone!
