Ah, Weihenstephaner. It's been around since 1040, can you believe that? Oldest brewery in the world.
Perfect hazy light brown with a long lasting white head. Smell is spicy, mildly fruity, with a great yeastiness. Taste is refreshing to the max. Sweet wheaty malt starts things off. It blends well with some spicy clove and lemony tartness. Very yeasty. Mouthfeel is creamy and airy. Carbonation holds up until the very end. I could drink this all day, winter or summer. In the top three hefe weizens in the world.
