Poured from a .5L bottle into a tulip glass, bottle that was stamped 7038 on the back (my weizen glass was unavailable):
A: The beer poured an excellent hazy yellow-orange with a very nice light but big white head. The apperance alone made the beer appealing. It appears to have a lot of carbonations.
S: The aroma is top notch, one of the best from a Hefe that I have tried so far. Very complex with hints of wheat/yeast, fruit, spices and maybe some floral notes as well.
T: What can you say about the taste, but exceptional. It follows the nose to a T with the wheat/yeast and banana/fruit really coming through.
M/D: I could have drank this beer all night if I had more bottles of it. The carbonation was right for the style, it was smooth with a medium body. Great summer beer and really it would be good at any other time of the year as well. Has to be one of my all time favorites, especially since it is my favorite style.
