Poured from a bottle into my Franziskaner Weissbier glass.
A - Beer pours a lemony yellow color, a bit cloudy with a huge amount of carbonation. I don't think this can be measured in "fingers". More like hands. Roughly 1.2 hand worth. Several little bubbles continue to race up to the surface. Very good.
S - Ahh, now THIS is a Hefe. Sweet clove, bananas and bubble gum. Yeasty as all hell, but that is how it is supposed to be. Not much in the hop department, other than a Noble hint here and there.
T - Bananas and clove again, but very bready. Like a sweet muffin, really. Starts candy sweet, and then the spice takes hold. Bits of clove and cinnamon and then the pepper, which I attribute to the Noble bite.
M - Excellent. Light, but at the same time it has a chewy feel. Exceptionally smooth and very drinkable. Probably the best Hefe I have sampled to date.
D - See above. Time to get some more.
