A: Classic hefe golden-haziness. Really nice foamy head that sticks around a bit an laces heavily.
S: Light citrus and a bit of a yeast-heavy musty touch at the end. Very sweet but overall surprisingly muted nose.
T: Great light yeast flavor and a citrus front, but it's all banana towards the end. I've shied away from hefe's lately but this one may just bring me back - nothing bland about it, but very straightforward in a traditional Bavarian brew way.
M: Nice and light, no bitterness or 'deadness,' something I've found with the hefe's I've had lately. A bit of a banana/citrus aftertaste but it's very pleasant.
D: Could definitely have a few of these. Reasonable alcohol content and smooth character makes it a great session beer.
Bottom line - I'm an IPA guy, but this is a fantastic brew. Easily in my top 10.
