P-Slightly hazy golden color with a thick abundant white fluffy head with a good amount of carbonation, great retention and leaving laces. The head stays with this beer for a while.
S-Very pleasant aroma of banana and cloves and a slight nuttyness about it. Defiantly get the yeast and beautiful wheat back bone to this.
T-Bold flavor leaving you wanting another sip before you pull it from your lips. Balanced by a nice spiced citrus, banana, cloves, cinnamon and wheat. You get some hops vary faint but its there. Medium body with perfect carbonation.
O- Overall great beer I love to keep this one on tap its great in the summer but works in the fall and winter as well. My favorite Hefe!

Poured into my new Schneider weizen glass.
A: Cloudy yellow golden rod with very active carbonation, two inch head with lacing all around.
S: Bananas on front, slight yeast scent on back-end, turns a little bready or nutty as it matures.
T: Slightest of orange on the very front end that quickly vanishes, mellow banana and wet walnuts throughout as the prominent characteristics. I wanted a stronger taste here, but still enjoyable.
M: Light, smooth, and refreshing with a medium carbonation that turns high and bitey on the back-end.
O: Beautiful appearance, great carbonation, and bananas throughout. Love it. Looking forward to enjoying weizens this coming spring and summer.
