Cloudy, hazy, beautiful wheat beer accompanied by a pocky, white, billowing head. Appropriate carbonation and a welcomed sight overall.
The smell is a full-on hefeweizen scent...bananas, citrus, and a wonderful undertone of smooth spice. These smells carry over nicely into the flavor department. In addition, there is that delightful yeasty component that just envelopes the palate. A notable apple cider note comes through as well. The flavor is so full and dead-on, the finish a rich, creamy, complex wheaty-ness...perfect reasons to savor this beer. The smoothness and fullness is really setting a huge benchmark for other wheat beers to follow. Tangy goodness.
To go along with this, I'm gonna having a Jerk Vegetarian Chili made with lotsa lime, clove, and habanero. This might be heaven on Earth. One of the best.

appearance- golden yellow with an extremely slight amber hue in the middle. Foamy, two finger head produced.
aroma- sweet notes of wheat, orange/banana
Taste- Very similar to nose and par for the course with the expected hefe flavors. Where this is unique is that there is a slight vanilla flavor that melds perfectly with the creamy texture of the beer.
Feel- As stated before this has a great creamy texture, while being clean and incredibly drinkable.
Overall- Great beer and certainly one of, if not, the best Hefe's I've tried so far. The vanilla creaminess aspect definitely separates this from the pack.
