half liter on tap into weizen glass at romer plaza in frankfrut am main, germany. pours a cloudy light amber-orangish color with three fingers of off white head that remains for a couple minutes.
aroma is mainly citrus, with notes of caramel malt, munich malt, and a touch of cinnamon and spice. a standard hefe, though very well proportioned.
taste is of the same citrus and munich malts, with fruit notes of apple and a touch of pear. the same subtle spice is present here as well.
mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with a smooth texture and a clean finish of residual citrus.
drinkability is good. this is a smooth and refreshing brew with a clean finish and a light body. prost!

appearance- golden yellow with an extremely slight amber hue in the middle. Foamy, two finger head produced.
aroma- sweet notes of wheat, orange/banana
Taste- Very similar to nose and par for the course with the expected hefe flavors. Where this is unique is that there is a slight vanilla flavor that melds perfectly with the creamy texture of the beer.
Feel- As stated before this has a great creamy texture, while being clean and incredibly drinkable.
Overall- Great beer and certainly one of, if not, the best Hefe's I've tried so far. The vanilla creaminess aspect definitely separates this from the pack.
