A beautiful golden hazy color with a white cloud like head floating on top. A strong fragrance of clove come out right away, with touches of banana and finishing with a wheat like bread scent at the end. The clove hit's the palate right the front of each taste. A yeasty bread flavor joins the clove and each flavor stays there long after each taste is long gone. A light medium feel with the cleansing sensation of carbonation leaves the palate dry and clean. The original Hefeweissen and it does not disappoint. It has everything you would expect, the classic look and feel, then the taste is what every beer in this style strives to be. This beer lives up to expectations.

appearance- golden yellow with an extremely slight amber hue in the middle. Foamy, two finger head produced.
aroma- sweet notes of wheat, orange/banana
Taste- Very similar to nose and par for the course with the expected hefe flavors. Where this is unique is that there is a slight vanilla flavor that melds perfectly with the creamy texture of the beer.
Feel- As stated before this has a great creamy texture, while being clean and incredibly drinkable.
Overall- Great beer and certainly one of, if not, the best Hefe's I've tried so far. The vanilla creaminess aspect definitely separates this from the pack.
