Pours a hazy golden amber, some small particulates visible floating, a huge dense rocky white head that takes its good time subsidng, very nice. Nose is quite yeasty, full of cloves, with a slight lemon tinge. Taste is an amazing smooth wheat malt overlaid with a wonferful yeastiness, a hint of banana (more subtle than I remember), lemon, a nice dose of cloves, a hint of grassy hops on the finish. Mouthfeel is perfect, medium bodied, moderate carbonation, absolutely smooth and creamy and full. This is a phenomonal hefe, one I could drink all day everyday, if it weren't for the import prices.
