A: Opaque light gold, taking care with the pour into a tall Stella Artois glass as head could easily plume over. With control got a dense finger thick head that lingered and remained thick and clingy at the edges.
S: Smooth pleasant sweet banana bread. Lots of fragrance especially after pouring when head was still present. Others present but I cant pick them out yet. Remained pleasantly fragrant to the very end.
T: A swirl of banana and I presume clove, takes noticably longer for all the flavors to rise and fall than most beers. No one thing is overly dominant, everything cooperates. Low but complementary bitterness that is only really noticable when modest carbonation bring it out during the flavor swell.
M: Slightly syrupy and clingy, wants to hang around a bit. Modest carbonation tingles the tounge while the whole mouth gets coated with the wheaty malt.
O: This is very close to perfection. Easily the best hefeweizen I've ever had and what's more the best beer or any type I've ever had to date even over my own homebrew. Simply astounding and what the beer experience should be.

appearance- golden yellow with an extremely slight amber hue in the middle. Foamy, two finger head produced.
aroma- sweet notes of wheat, orange/banana
Taste- Very similar to nose and par for the course with the expected hefe flavors. Where this is unique is that there is a slight vanilla flavor that melds perfectly with the creamy texture of the beer.
Feel- As stated before this has a great creamy texture, while being clean and incredibly drinkable.
Overall- Great beer and certainly one of, if not, the best Hefe's I've tried so far. The vanilla creaminess aspect definitely separates this from the pack.
