Appearance: Poured from the bottle into a pint glass. It is a bright lemony yellow, slightly hazy, with a lot of bubbles of carbonation running throughout and feeding a well-retained 1/2 finger fluffy white head. A pretty substantial amount of slippery white lace clings to the sides of the glass.
Smell: Really nice and appetizing aromas of dry, toasted wheat and bright citrusy lemon come through more strongly than expected. The smell is bright and clean and refreshing.
Taste/Mouthfeel: Everything about this beer is light and refreshing. The flavors of lightly toasted malts and hearty, but not heavy wheat come together with a subtly bitter and very bright lemony presence that leaves a tart flavor in the aftertaste. There's no trace of alcohol at all. The feel is very well-carbonated and the beer finishes clean with no stickiness or oiliness to weigh it down.
Drinkability: Extremely high - this beer is so refreshing and tasty that's it's great to drink on its own or with food. Definitely a quintessential summer beer.
