A-A beauty - yellow to amber depending on which part of the glass I am looking at. A nice foamy white head, with never ending tiny bubbles surfacing (and trust me, I drank this slow - the bubbles never stopped.) Cloudy but slightly transparent.
S-Lots of carmelized sugar on the nose, along with fruit - bananas and apricots along with the typcial citrus-lemon smell of a hefe. Very pleasant and complex
T-Smooth and very well-balanced. Lemon evens out some of that carmelized sugar. This is a very nice, not wimpy hefe. Leaves a bit of a sour aftertaste, but I expect that from this style.
M-Nicely balanced; not to light, and not too heavy.
