Easily the lightest (in style/color) beer that i've reviewed yet... Fairly new to this style as i normally yield to bigger American beers.
Pours a bright copper color with a strong head that took a while to settle down so i could properly fill my pilsner glass.
I smell a bright floral scent with a bit of fresh cut grass once it warmed up a hair.
Flavors are great... a bit of unripe banana and lot of wheat initially comes out then a nice roasted wheat flavor in the back. Seriously amazing here...
Definitely not what i was expecting in terms of how round the flavor is, it's full yet crisp.
Rolling around in my mouth are tiny bubbles, not unlike a sparkling wine, but the flavor is able to work through the carbonation and in the end you have the strong upfront flavor mixed with an extremely effervescent beer.
I'm blown away, this is seriously good. And not just "good for a hefeweizen", but good.

I had previously had this bottled, but the on tap version was spectacular. The only thing I could complain about would be the price, but for a beer of this quality to a wheat beer lover like myself, it was worth a few extra shekels. I would order this anytime and anywhere!

16.9oz bottle at 41 F poured into pint glass. Bottle code is 3363, but I don't have a clue what that means. I would probably guess early December 2013.
Pours cloudy golden with a big white head that dissipates quickly, lots of carbonation. Smell is banana, clove, fruity, yeast, bread, lemon. Smells good.
Taste is all of those things but muted and mild, maybe a little too watery (which may be right for the style, and just out of my preference), but really an excellent combination of flavors.
Mouthfeel is thick, creamy, and satisfying, while somehow still light and airy. Overall, excellent beer.
