Just had this at a new Italian restaurant in Burbank. Service and food were below par but the beer selection for an Italian joint was top notch.
Only gripe - served in a 16oz water glass, not a proper hefeweiss glass. Also served with a slice of orange which I tossed on the table.
Good head, fruity bouquet, good mouthfeel. Light-bodied and not over the top clove and/or banana which you get from a lot of hefe's. Nice golden color without looking like a bad urine sample. Started with one, then confirmed satisfaction with another two over dinner.

Pours a cloudy, orangish yellow color in a weizen glass with a really nice head that leaves a little lacing on the glass as it disappears.
Smell is excellent. I get that classic hefeweizen smell of clove, and other spices as well as the wheat malts.
Taste is right on target, just as you would suspect from the great smell. I get the spices and wheat malts. Best beer I have ever tasted!
Mouthfeel is great. Good carbonation that really cleanses the pallet.
Overall, really excellent beer. I have only been rating beers a few months but this one is my favorite so far. If you want a good wheat beer you should give this one a try.
